Ms. Novianti is one of the Partner at Oranye Development Company. Following her strength and passion in sales and marketing, she took the responsibity as the Business Development. She has the ability to accurately assess market demandand design developmental programs accordingly. She also very much enjoy working with clients, in private as well as government organisation.
She holds a bachelor of psychology from Atmajaya University, Jakarta, and received a delta scholarship (student exchange) from Radboud University, Nijmegen.
Prior to joining Oranye,Yustine Novianti is a Consultant for Korn Ferry Hay Group,Jakarta. She started and developed her carrier as Business Development Manager with GML Performance Consulting (Lutan Edukasi).
