As the continuation of developing Organisation Structure, organisation has to develop the Job Profile. Job Profile defines, at a high level, the main function (why this position exist), accountabilities, detail job description, and requirements of a position. It is a core function of human resources management.
Job Profile should be develop by combining top-down and bottom-up approach. Top-down approach, can be referred to as Job Design, is developing a Job Profile base on ideal condition. While bottom-up approach, or Job Analysis, is developing Job Profile based on actual situation.
