Organisation has to identify all significant initiatives to reach the desired goals, including the person in charge, timeline, and resources needed. It is the point where strategy implementation work begins. Successful initiative management is the key for strategy execution and organisation has to ensure that all its leaders are equiped with adequate project management skills.
